** VOCAL GOLD LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN **

Due to the majority of our products being consumables, Vocal Gold LLC can only attempt to return unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase. Please see our full return process below:

Once the product has been opened, we are no longer able to accept a return. 

If unopened, unused, and within this 7 days of purchase window, you may contact us for a refund.  Our team will provide you an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number for your return shipment (RMA NUMBER MUST BE VISIBLE ON BOX FOR EXPEDITED PROCESSING).  All return shipping is paid by the buyer. If a return shipping label is needed, we will provide one to an email address on your account at the buyer's expense (return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount).  

• Regardless of your form of payment, we will always give you the option of instant credit to use on our site.
• If you paid by card, we will process the return to your card (refunds typically show up within 5 - 7 business days.  Once we process the refund any questions pertaining to it can be directed at your card issuer if still within this 5 - 7 business days.)

Please contact us before returning a product by mail. You can call or email us by using the info below within this Purchase Return Policy (NOTE: please allow up to 24 hours for us to respondd.  Do not return any item without consenting with us first for your RMA number - any items received without an RMA number regardless of the return shipping address will not be accepted as a return).  

Please allow 3 business days after return receipt for us to inspect and process your return. Once we have received and approved your return, we will contact you about your refund status. 

Vocal Gold LLC credit does not apply to shipping on future orders.**
